Motorcycle and scooter delivery policy

At Massalia Moto, we offer tailored solutions for the recovery of your vehicles and the delivery of your spare parts. This delivery policy defines the terms of withdrawal and shipping for our customers.
1. Withdrawal of motorcycles and scooters
All vehicles (motorcycles and scooters) must be collected in person from our address:

No vehicle delivery is offered. The buyer must travel to finalize the transaction and collect their vehicle.
An appointment must be made before collection, in order to guarantee the availability of the vehicle.
Upon withdrawal, a vehicle check may be carried out on site.
2. Delivery of spare parts
We offer delivery only for spare parts under the following conditions:
2.1 Delivery area
Delivery is only available in Marseille and its surrounding areas.
No shipping outside this area is planned at this time.
2.2 Delivery times
Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 working days after order confirmation.
In the event of an exceptional delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
2.3 Delivery costs
Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and size of the items ordered.
A quote can be provided prior to shipping.
3. Conditions of reception
The customer must ensure the accuracy of the information provided (address, telephone) to avoid any delay or delivery problem.
Upon receipt, the customer must check the condition of the package and report any anomalies within 48 hours of delivery.
In the event of a non-compliant or damaged part, a complaint can be sent to massaliamoto@gmail.com with supporting photos.
4. Cancellation or modification of an order
An order for spare parts can be cancelled before shipment by contacting Massalia Moto by telephone or email.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
Returns are accepted under certain conditions (see our return policy).
